  • Most of our employees work in our hybrid model that offers flexibility, combining the best of both in-office and remote work. We trust our team to find the right balance that works for them while maintaining strong communication and alignment with company goals.

    For certain roles, we also offer the flexibility of a remote contract and meet several times a year for joint workshops and events at our headquarters in Frankfurt.

    The required work model for each position is clearly outlined in the job ad, so you’ll know upfront what to expect.

  • We typically require your CV to get an overview of your qualifications and experience. While a cover letter is optional, you’re welcome to include one if you’d like to provide more context about your motivation and fit for the role. Depending on the position, additional documents such as certificates or work samples may be helpful but are not mandatory unless specified in the job description.

  • Once you submit your application, our people team will review your profile to assess your fit for the role. If your qualifications align with our requirements, we’ll invite you to the first interview to get to know each other.

    2. Video call with the hiring manager

    3. On-site appointment in Frankfurt that includes a business case and provides the opportunity to meet the team

    - Review your experience: Be ready to discuss your background and highlight key achievements, linking them directly to the requirements of the role.

    - Prepare questions: This is your opportunity to learn more about us, our culture, and the team.
