Office Manager – People & OperationsHi, I'm Lisa, the Office Manager at Ops1, with a background in marketing, sales, and project management. In my role, I make sure everything runs smoothly and that people feel supported in their day-to-day work. I love organizing, improving processes, and bringing structure to fast-moving environments, which makes Ops1 a pretty great fit. The innovative way of working and, most importantly, the amazing people and vibe are what drew me here.
Outside of work, I stay active and recharge through sports and good (vegetarian!) food. And I love traveling - discovering new places, cultures, and perspectives never gets old.
