My curiosity for different cultures has taken me around the world, from the cafés of Paris to the beaches of Sri Lanka, the bustle of Melbourne, and eventually, to London. There, I helped launch a hedge fund startup and later joined a leading global private equity firm.

In 2014, I found my way back home to Augsburg, and five years later, I became part of Operations1. Working with such a driven and inspiring team is incredibly motivating. Every day brings new ideas, challenges, and the chance to be part of this journey, pushing a great product forward together.
