I have a background in management consulting, where I spent many years helping companies navigate their journey toward digitalization. Before that, I led production operations and worked as a project manager, both roles predominantly within the automotive industry.

What I particularly enjoy about Ops1 is the spirit of the company. It's refreshingly different from the conservative environments I've worked in before — young, bold, and unafraid to challenge the status quo.
