After five years in DevOps across three companies, I’ve come to appreciate that the best workplaces aren’t just about technology - they’re about people. I love seeing the direct impact of my work, whether it’s optimizing infrastructure, improving deployment processes, or making systems more reliable. Outside of work, I’m a huge film enthusiast - I try to watch a movie every day and regularly visit the cinema. I also collect vinyl records, with my collection now reaching over 200. Beyond that, I often take part in organizing various events, primarily concerts but sometimes even film festivals, working with different teams and bringing together artists, filmmakers, and audiences across Europe.
