• How does your Recruitment process look like?

  In short:

  - 1st interview with one of our recruiters (~30-60 min, via Teams)
  - 2nd interview with your potential manager + responsible recruiter (~60 min, via Teams)
  - 3rd interview including different slots like: Meet the team, case study, meet a founder (~2-4 hrs, onsite in Frankfurt)

• Do I need a cover letter to apply?

  No! But you are welcome to add a short summary why you are applying and why we should hire you 📄

• What's your company language?

  English! All company-wide team meetings will be held in English, but depending on your team you might switch to German in meetings or at lunch time. But basically, we are a diverse team, which means that you will certainly be able to speak other languages within the company.

• What's the difference between Ops1 and other start-ups?

   You mean besides our outstanding product and awesome colleagues aka Opstronauts? 😁

• How's your company culture?

  Let me put it this way:

  🍰 There's cake in the kitchen? You better hurry to grab a piece.
  🏈 There's a sportive event taking place in Frankfurt? Some of us will join you running, other's will cheer on you at the finish line.
  💬 You like to chat about your day during lunch time or while grabbing a coffee? Great!
  🍵You prefer tea over coffee? Uhm.. weird. You will find a great variety of different teas in the kitchen.
  🚀 You would rather grab a beer (0.0 or not, whatever you prefer) on the balcony with us than extensive clubbing? Awesome - please join us!

• Are dogs allowed in your office?

  In general, we are a dog-friendly company. We established a "get-to-know each other" process, with a trial phase to see if a new dog is

  1. calm enough to be in the office without interrupting meetings and focused work
  2. fine for all of our colleagues as a few of them are afraid of dogs
  3. friendly and harmonizes with our existing office dogs

  If it's a yes to all three your dog should be prepared for lots of belly rubs, lunch break walkies and play time in the office 🐶
