I joined Operations1 because I was excited to work again with industrial customers in the manufacturing world, an environment I truly enjoy and feel connected to.

What especially motivated me was the opportunity to take on a challenging role as Team Lead Sales, including building up a strong team and driving a technical, value-based selling approach.

With a background in both electrical engineering and business administration, I have a passion for combining technical understanding with commercial strategy. I truly have both a technical and a business heart.
