Sales Development Representative – MarketingAfter graduating from high school, I first decided to gain practical experience in the working world. It led me to a young startup in Frankfurt and then to an Austrian company, where I gained my first experience as a sales assistant. During my employment, I was able to further deepen my knowledge, which included basic objection handling with potential customers and basic understanding of digital business models.
My strengths that have emerged in sales include communication skills, empathy, and early independence in my assigned areas of responsibility. In addition, I am deepening my practical knowledge with my full-time studies in business administration in order to develop personally and broaden my horizons.
After a very interesting conversation with the Operations1 team, I had a very positive feeling and wanted to expand my knowledge and learn new business processes within industrial sales. I am grateful to be part of the Operations1 team and look forward to working with them in the future!
